(“us,” “we,” or “our”) owns, operates, and distributes the Milestones Games Board and all associated activities, including but not limited to: bingo boards, scavenger hunts, fitness activities, and cooking classes (the “Game”). Our goal with the Game is to provide fun nutrition and fitness activities to families in order to encourage healthy eating habits through food exposure and physical activity habits through interactive games. We urge parents and caregivers to take part in the Game with the children for whom they are responsible for in order to supervise and prevent harm or injuries from occurring.
By downloading the Game, you hereby consent to the liability waiver and agree to its terms.
Liability Waiver
By downloading the Game, you agree that you want to participate in the Game and recognize that it could present potential hazards, including but not limited to: cuts, burns, slips, falls, allergic reactions, and other injuries as a result of activities and products used, for all individuals who participate in the Game. By sharing your downloaded Game and/or playing your downloaded Game with others, you hereby consent to take responsibility for any potential hazards incurred by anyone participating in your downloaded Game.
