Help your picky eater get more comfortable around new foods and expand their list of accepted foods with guided food explorations led by our registered dietitian, Kerry. This small group is a designed for kids aged 3-7 years old to explore new fruits and vegetables through guided food explorations in our garden or in our kitchen.
When: November 8th 9-10am
Where: Milestones Nutrition inside Gather Goods (417 Kildaire Farm Road, Cary, NC 27511)
Cost: This group is covered by most Aetna, BCBS, & United Healthcare plans. If the group is not covered by insurance, the cost is $30-60/child/class.
