Hi! I’m Kelly, a passionate lactation consultant dedicated to supporting families through every step of their breastfeeding journey. Whether you’re navigating latching difficulties, milk supply concerns, or simply looking for reassurance, I provide holistic, evidence-based care that honors your goals and values. I believe every feeding journey is unique, and my role is to empower you with the knowledge, confidence, and support you need to make the best choices for your baby and your family.

I love helping families navigate their breastfeeding goals, challenges, and questions with compassion and care. As a mom of three, I understand how overwhelming those early stages can feel, and I’m here to walk alongside you every step of the way. Together, we’ll work through this important time so you feel heard, supported, and confident in your feeding journey.

Outside of supporting families, I love to spend time with my family and extended family. With two young adults and 1 teenager, there are always adventures to find and if that adventure leads us to the beach, that’s even better!
